I thought this would be a fun way to cap off my Emmy’s coverage: picking the dress I would wear!

I gave myself the following parameters: 1) the dress hadn’t been worn by a celebrity yet, either at the Emmy’s or otherwise, and 2) had to be from the two most recent collections: Spring 2018 or Fall 2017.
I choose this lovely and colorful Rosie Assoulin from Fall 2017. I always think of the Emmy’s as the award show of the season where you can play with interesting colors and shapes- it’s not as formal or staid as the Oscars, or as cocktail friendly as something like the SAG awards. It’s also right at the intersection of summer and fall, and I think this floral really captures that. I would style it with simple gold or red accessories and let the gorgeous florals do the work. Thoughts?! What would YOU wear?
